About this position

Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our brands within Thailand. This position focuses on developing robust brand strategies and executing marketing initiatives that align with our vision of becoming a consumer-focused, demand-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitive activities, and disseminate this information to relevant teams.
• Spearhead regional marketing campaigns, collaborating with the Global Shared Services and Commercial teams to ensure cohesive and impactful execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to estimate market potential and define strategic initiatives that drive brand growth.
• Work closely with the Innovation and R&D departments to create products that resonate with consumer needs and preferences.
• Evaluate the success of marketing campaigns, providing insights and making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.
• Coordinate with local business units to implement marketing strategies, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Oversee external agencies to ensure they meet the brand’s strategic goals and deliver high-quality work.
• Achieve growth targets for market share and brand recognition within the assigned categories.
• Meet or exceed sales and profit objectives set by the company.
• Fulfill strategic marketing and branding objectives as outlined by senior management.
• Set and manage budgets for marketing activities, ensuring efficient.
• Secure support from internal and external stakeholders to drive brand initiatives and address any issues promptly.
• Escalate critical consumer and branding issues to senior management in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with various departments to support broader company initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

• Proven experience in brand management or marketing roles within a consumer-centric organization.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global and local teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
