The Operation Excellence Supervisor is responsible for analyzing data, improving processes, and leading productivity initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze and supervise the gathering of data to report for summarize the result.
• Design Develop and improve the method, process up to bringing in also using equipment/other material to increase capacity and efficiency in operation up to reducing cost in production and creating the highest benefit.
• Conduct and follow up the project’s improvement result to be according to standard and quality.
• Gives advice/consultation to department wanting to develop/improve production process also production process improvement data to create cooperation and understanding that are in line with each other.
• Work with team to build a continuous improvement to support an and elimination of unnecessary complexity within processes and identification of better ways of work.
• Lead the productivity improvement initiatives and support the activity to build team awareness on continuous improvement as well as driving team engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in food science, Food technology, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 years in production function in meat or frozen processing plant (New grads also welcome) Proficient in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
• Knowledge in Lean Six sigma, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement is a plus.
