About this position

The SMT EQ Manager is responsible for overseeing all functions related to SMT management, including process development, machine maintenance, and team management to enhance production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Management SMT all function
• Develop process setup machine’s preventive maintenance plan, calibration plan, overhaul plan.
• New Machine Process Development
• Manage team to reduce machine downtime & Yield improvement.
• Have experience about managing process SMT defect and PM action plan.
• Provide all control standard according Parameter's machine
• Setting Standard profile machine and SMT production control line Production
• Analysit in the production process and record data for lost jobs, make a report.
• Consulting on production of all models and replacement work for all production control engineers.
• Co-ordinate with other cross functional team for improvement e.g. Lean Six Sigma, improve product yield, reduce downtime, cost reduction, improve labor efficiency and etc.

Requirements

• English or Chinese can be working language.
• Experience with machines in the SMT production line
• Experienced in managing machine systems and managing human resources.
