About this position

The PMC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing various aspects of production and supply chain management, ensuring efficient operations and coordination with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Revenue tracking: Fcst VS Budget / Production value tracking: Fcst VS Budget
• Shipment scheduling / Production scheduling / backlog management
• Inventory control / EOL Project management
• New Product Introduction (NPI) progress management
• Coordination with suppliers on production and shipment status
• Material cost control
• Factory Labor and Overhead Control
• Supply Chain Processes (Plan, Source, Deliver)
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Material Receiving Report (MRR)
• Inventory Analysis. (Stock age analysis)
• ERP/ SAP

Requirements

• Skill in material cost control
• Knowledge of factory labor and overhead control
• Understanding of supply chain processes (Plan, Source, Deliver)
• Proficiency in Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Experience with Material Receiving Report (MRR)
• Ability to conduct inventory analysis (Stock age analysis)
• Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems
