About this position

The position involves responsibilities related to process failure analysis, customer support, and new product introduction (NPI) activities.

Responsibilities

• Make PFMEA, control plan and Q-alert for the defect we found in process.
• FATP failure analysis and corrective action for project.
• Support customer audit and any problem of MFG.
• Support NPI and CIE/sustain control run for other model, provide production report / MIL / OIL.
• Q&A for qualified new operator about work procedure.
• Feedback issue in production line real time and coordinate with other teams to solve the issue. (MFG, QA, NPI, EQ, PTE)

Requirements

• English can be working language.
• Manufacturing factory background.
• Engineer bachelor's degree or above.
