Customer Service (Chinese Speaking)
About this position
The Customer Service (Chinese Speaking) position involves taking ownership of order management and providing excellent service to customers while ensuring quality work.
Responsibilities
• Takes ownership and responsibility for the day-to-day order entry, order management/fulfillment, provides excellence service to customers and delivers quality work.
• AR/Credit tracking, RMA return arrangement.
• Order Management, receiving the POs and work with PMC team and confirm the PO delivery schedule to customer.
• Delivery monitoring, trace shipment on time delivery, Responds effectively and efficiently to customers inquiries.
• Payment, track the AR and push the payment before OD, issue Credit Memo / Debit Memo.
• Reviews all open sales orders and backlog; follows up with Supply Chain contacts to ensure on-time shipments.
• Cross function/plants coordinate.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
• 2+ years’ experience in customer services.
• Working experience in electronics/semiconductor or IC manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Good Ms. Office and SAP would be advantage.
• Able to work well under pressure and independently.
• Have sense of urgency, eager to learn new things.
• Good personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skill.
• Good command of Chinese.
