Sr. Account Executive
About this position
The Sr. Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring project execution, and providing exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
• Communicate with clients to gather information about project scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Act as a liaison between clients and account executives.
• Collect customer feedback to identify product and service shortfalls.
• Prepare material for Client e.g. Report/Timeline/Budget/Media Plan, etc.
• Present products or services to clients using effective communication skills.
• Provide professional after-sales support to ensure customer loyalty.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the company's reputation.
• Negotiate agreements and maintain records of sales and data.
• Assist Account Director to execute, support and monitor projects, to ensure smooth and flawless processes during projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an advertising agency or relevant business is a must.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of online marketing and advertising.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Great organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Be self-motivated, result-oriented, logical thinking and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Google Suits (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides) and Mac OS.
