We're looking for a top sales professional who is passionate about selling, technology and transforming the hospitality, healthcare, or wellness, insurance industry. We’re entering a time of rapid growth, and a hard-working commercial is pivotal to the team’s success. The successful candidate will be a go-getter, who will manage all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, qualifying, product demonstrations, and closing deals. The commercial will collaborate with other parties, technology, marketing and executive leadership to exponentially grow their territory. Responsibilities

• Define and execute sales plans and then hit sales targets through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities
• Develop and manage sales pipeline – prospect and assess new sales potential while moving a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline
• Manage and track customer and transactional information
• Provide initial product demonstrations to prospective customers
• Provide regular reporting of pipeline and accurate forecast
• Work effectively within a team environment to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer success

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with of sales, ideally within the B2B sector or one of the key industries
• Having experiences from Healthcare or Insurance business is a plus
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, small team environment
• Self-starter who needs minimal supervision
• Strong networking and relationship building ability
• Strong Thai and English language skills
