About this position

As the Social Commerce Strategy Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing TrueID's CP Group-focused social commerce strategy. Your main objective will be to strengthen relationships with CP Group brands while acquiring and integrating other brands into our ecosystem to enhance user engagement and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for establishing a comprehensive social commerce experience on the TrueID platform, collaborating closely with the product owner to ensure seamless execution
• Design and implement a CP Group-focused social commerce strategy that aligns with company objectives and enhance user engagement and sales
• Spearhead the acquisition and onboarding of key CP Group partners, ensuring their campaigns are effectively integrated into the TrueID platform while exploring opportunities with non-CP Group brands
• Develop, manage, and oversee targeted social commerce campaigns on TrueID platforms, driving conversions and maximizing visibility for both CP Group and other brands
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth, refining strategies based on data-driven insights
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trends in social commerce, optimizing account performance and enhancing GMV contributions for all partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years in social commerce, digital marketing, or e-commerce partnerships, with experience on TikTok Shop, Lazada, or Shopee preferred
• Proven track record in managing and scaling social commerce campaigns across various platforms
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, especially in performance tracking
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to engage effectively with partners and internal teams
