The Senior Associate, Product Specialist is responsible for managing product life cycles, driving profitability, and ensuring customer needs are met through effective project management and pricing strategies.
Responsibilities
• Understand and manage product life cycles, new product development ideation and process management
• Owns the product profitability and drives positive revenue and gross margin growth
• Integrate customer requirement and deliver on customer needs on time and budget
• Establish/maintain a project management framework in line with strategic objectives; Direct and control the on-time delivery of programs and projects
• Develop dynamic pricing strategies based on value delivered, input costs, market trends and forecasts
• Provide appropriate information of products (specifications, documentation, pricing, lead times etc.) to support sales process and customer inquiries
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in an analytical (e.g., economics, math) or technical discipline (e.g., computer science, engineering) or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in product management and success in leading the product.
• Must have experience working in IoT solutions under responsibilities.
• Results-Oriented: A driver who possesses the ability to take actions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
• Problem Solver: A creative yet pragmatic problem solver. Methodical and hands-on as well as detail-oriented
