About this position

Data Platform is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the Analytics Project Management (APM) team. In this role, you will manage large-scale analytics projects, including analytics products, custom analytics solutions, and data integration efforts, while also overseeing key project management initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Assist business owners in planning and executing large-scale analytics projects.
• Collaborate with project teams (including Data Science, Data Engineering, and Data Modeling) to identify resources, timelines, and tasks.
• Serve as the primary liaison between departments and external partners, managing day-to-day project activities.
• Gather business requirements, analyze needs, and recommend appropriate analytics solutions when necessary.
• Track project progress, document updates, and provide status reports.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues to ensure project success.
• Ensure project quality and provide direction to project teams, resolving complex issues as they arise.
• Drive initiatives to meet organizational goals and deliver project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and process improvement.
• Experience managing both internal teams and external vendors/consultants.
• Proven track record in leading data analysis/data management projects with a passion for analytics.
• Experience creating software development scope/specification documentation.
• Strong understanding of product development cycles and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Skilled at balancing business and technical requirements to create project plans and estimates.
• Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
