About this position

The Product Reliability Engineer (PRE) plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems. They leverage their knowledge of infrastructure, automation, and observability to champion operational excellence and build a resilient platform.

Responsibilities

• Observability: Build and maintain a comprehensive observability stack (monitoring, logging, tracing) to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Platform Stability & Performance: Implement proactive measures to ensure platform stability, performance optimization, and capacity planning.
• Incident Response: Participate in the incident from the Customer Support team, troubleshoot and resolve production incidents efficiently, and implement preventative measures.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with development and other engineering teams.
• Automation & Tooling: Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for operational tasks, monitoring dashboards, and application deployment.
• Impact Analysis: Understand the new and changes in business requirements and be able to identify and evaluate the potential consequences of a change.
• Requirement Analysis and Solution Design: Understand business requirements and provide the best API design for the integration between front-end and back-end systems. Also provide the following documentation: System workflow, Sequence diagrams, API specification, and User manual as needed.

Requirements

• Proven working experience in relevant areas
• Understanding of Mobile Application Development
• Deep understanding of monitoring, logging, and tracing tools and techniques
• Experience working with middleware technologies like RabbitMQ, Redis, and Kafka
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong interest and ability to learn any new technical topic
• Orientation toward teamwork
• Initiative and independence in solving daily tasks
• Good knowledge of Thai and English language
