Head of Marketing

MorDee, a digital health business of True Digital Group, offers a sophisticated telehealth solution enhancing healthcare accessibility for the Thai population. Connecting users with 500+ medical professionals across 20+ fields, our platform provides expert guidance, specialized clinical services, and timely medication delivery.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the marketing strategy, aligned with the overall business objectives and goals.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify target audiences, market trends, and growth opportunities.
• Define marketing objectives, KPIs, and budgets, and develop comprehensive marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the organization.
• Define the brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition for digital solutions, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
• Develop and implement brand awareness and reputation management strategies to enhance the organization's digital brand presence.
• Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including websites, brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales materials.
• Collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, and designers to develop compelling marketing content that effectively communicates the value and benefits of digital solutions.
• Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and events.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and lead generation for digital solutions.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media marketing efforts to maximize online visibility and generate qualified leads.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, campaign performance, and customer behavior to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and manage the Marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to the team.
• Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the marketing team.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively, ensure clear communication, and provide feedback to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing leadership.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience with brand development, positioning, and reputation management.
