About this position
The Head of Commercial-Mordee is responsible for developing and implementing innovative commercial strategies that align with the company's goals, while overseeing sales and business development teams in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement cutting-edge commercial strategies in line with the company's overall goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the digital healthcare ecosystem, expanding our healthcare services and product offerings.
• Oversee sales, partnerships, and business development teams, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Collaborate with other management team members to establish and execute strategic plans for growth, innovation, and market penetration.
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of commercial activities and investments, recommending technology-driven improvements as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, government agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the commercial team, setting performance goals, and providing coaching and mentoring as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field is required; an MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior commercial roles within technology, digital business, or start-up environments is required, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability in sales, partnerships, business development, and innovative business model creation.
• Strong understanding of the digital healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, and market dynamics, is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful commercial strategies in the digital and tech landscape is required.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and negotiating contracts and partnerships with business partners is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data and technology insights, are required.
• Proficiency in both English and Thai.
