About this position

As the Head of Analytics & AI Business Development at TDG, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales and marketing strategy to achieve organizational goals and objectives, leading a dynamic team, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the company's market position.

Responsibilities

• Provide key subject matter expertise for Analytics & AI products
• Lead and inspire the sales and marketing teams to achieve and exceed targets.
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
• Work closely with pre-sales teams to gather requirements, determine solutions to customers’ challenges, and present proposals to clients
• Able to provide demonstrations, presentations, and services for potential clients in FMCG, Banking, Insurance and other leading sectors in Fortune 500 companies
• Complete RFI/RFPs; identify client requirements and ensure proactive communications with clients to ensure clients’ satisfaction
• Build relationships with existing clients and proactively seek new sales opportunities by developing new relationships with prospects
• Liaise with Product team to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers, and also suggest them with user behavior and/or any potential changes that clients would like
• Conduct research into the industry, including competitor research
• Maintain excellent understanding of the analytics market, specifically around technology, data and consumerism
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet sales target
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the organization.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or higher
• Minimum years of experience in any role: Sales, Business Development, Presales, Technical Presales, or in a client facing role
• Experience in managing and developing senior client stakeholder relationships
• Experience in being able to translate business needs into workable analytics solutions
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (both Thai and English)
• Proven ability to quickly and deeply learn new technologies and clearly communicate their value.
