Specialist, Investor Relations
About this position
The Specialist, Investor Relations is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with investors and stakeholders, coordinating financial reporting, and collaborating on strategic planning to align investor relations strategies with the company's objectives.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Work with IR Head in serving as the key point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Assist planning and organizing of investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and other events to showcase the company's performance and growth prospects.
• Help prepare executives for investor presentations and Q&A sessions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare and disseminate financial reports, earnings releases, presentations, and other materials for investors and analysts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, marketing, and executive teams, to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy.
• Support matters related to corporate governance, including proxy statements, annual meetings, and compliance with regulatory requirements such as SEC filings.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute investor relations strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, competitor analysis, and investor feedback.
• Monitor financial markets, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Analyze shareholder ownership patterns and investor sentiment to inform decision-making.
Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in Investor Relations function preferred.
• Experience in Public Limited Company Listed on SET preferred.
• Experience in analyst/research role in reputed Securities/Research firm preferred.
• Has 5 – 6 Years in financial analytics or corporate finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Thai and English.
