Specialist, Customer Segmentation & Portfolio Management
About this position
Responsibilities
• Lead strategy development and execute customer segmentation and portfolio to drive actionable insights and create value propositions for different customer segments.
• Provide updated insights and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and prepare presentation materials concerning CVM strategy for the Marketing Group and external stakeholders.
• Spearhead the portfolio management role for the CVM, serving as the portfolio management center/consultant for all CVM leaders.
• Lead and conduct business case (BC) feasibility studies for the CVM team and work closely with other departments to ensure profitable pricing and product offerings.
• Propose and defend business cases (BC) with the Finance team for proper approval in a timely manner.
• Provide high-level campaign requirements and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of launched campaigns and maximize customer lifetime value to ensure maximum revenue and the best customer experience.
• Collaborate both internally within the Marketing Group and externally to align CVM portfolio strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, IT, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in telecommunications, consulting, FMCG sectors, and/or FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) or Finance Business Partner roles.
• Experience in SQL and/or Tableau dashboard development.
• Proficiency in Excel and adept at financial modeling.
• Excellent presentation skills, with experience in preparing impactful presentations for senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrable project management abilities.
• Very good interpersonal skills.
