About this position

The Senior Post-Sales position involves gathering customer requirements, implementing solutions, and providing technical support for SD-WAN systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed information about customer requirements to ensure accurate understanding of their needs.
• Select appropriate equipment and technologies to match customer requirements.
• Occasionally conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) to validate and confirm the proposed solutions.
• Be lead on Pilot Site implementation to ensure all design, configuration template, installation script and procedure are working properly.
• Handle the implementation of projects by working with project management, provisioning operation, zone operation and/or solution vendors.
• Work with Presale and Project Management to gather all essential project’s information: Final Detailed Design Diagram, Traffic Flow, Test Report, Scope of work, etc. to transfer the implemented projects to operation team.
• Provide second-tier support to the operation team for complex issues or problems.
• Offer continuous technical support and troubleshooting for SD-WAN systems.
• Efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to address and resolve complex technical problems.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field is required. Possession of relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a post-sale or technical support role, specifically with SD-WAN implementations.
• Proven track record of successfully deploying and managing network solutions for enterprise clients.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues.
• Prefer Certification: Cisco CCNP, Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise SD-WAN Implementation.
• VMware Certified Professional - Network Virtualization (VCP-NV), VMware SD-WAN Design and Deploy, VMware SD-WAN Troubleshoot Skills.
• Fortinet NSE, Fortinet NSE 7 - SD-WAN.
• Aruba Certified SD-WAN Deployment Professional (ACSDP) or equivalent SD-WAN certifications.
