About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage fulfilment and sales support operation to support Business segment (Enterprise & SME) related to Data, Corp Net Services
• Improve operational efficiency to serve Business segment (Enterprise & SME) sales and services with service level agreement (SLA) and customer satisfaction
• Conduct special assignments / projects to serve business objectives
Drive revenue growth
• Redesign fulfilment and sales support operation to optimize performance
• Provide input to Dept. / Div. Head in the development of operation management
• Work with related parties to manage and improve operational processes to support sales
Perform operation & improve efficiency
• Perform fulfilment and sales support operation to serve Business segment (Enterprise & SME) sales and services with service level agreement (SLA) and customer satisfaction
• Identify business processes, solutions and technologies that drive operational efficiency and optimize cost
• Conduct special assignments / projects to serve business objectives
People Management & transformation
• Play a leading and mentorship role to team individual contributors, assisting in the execution of their duties upon request, ensuring learning and improvement in their professional and digital skills
• Build and improve team members engagement to organization and preparing them to take up his/her higher position for career opportunity development
Requirements
• Competence in fulfilment and sales support operation with knowledge and experience of Data, Corp Net services
• Competence with knowledge and experience of business support systems (e.g. V-Care, W4, E-Ordering, E-Application, CCM Web)
• Demonstrate ability to lead and manage operation team or sales support team and deal with related parties
• Bachelor degree or above of Business Administration or related fields
