About this position

The Senior Associate, Solution Experts position involves leading product initiatives and technical pre-sales efforts in the Communication as a Service and Infrastructure as a Service domains, while ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Product Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert for the assigned product portfolio, collaborating with vendor partners and PD while guiding solution consultants and the sales team to achieve target revenue.
• Technical Pre-Sales: Lead technical pre-sales efforts, including product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and RFP responses.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their strategic objectives, align them with the product portfolio, and create strategic projects together.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with all relevant teams (Pre-Sales, PM, Operations, PD, Vendors, etc.) to ensure seamless implementation of won projects and proper functionality throughout the contract term.
• Customer Success: Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive support and addressing their needs effectively.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 5–10 years of experience in a product pre-sales role for related solutions.
• Preferred Certifications: Advanced certifications in IT infrastructure or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, GCP Certified Solutions Architect Expert).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Professional Unified Communication and Contact Center certifications (e.g., Cisco, Genesys, Avaya) are a significant advantage.
• Skills and Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their associated services.
• Extensive experience with Voice and Contact Center solutions (e.g., 3CX, Cisco UC&C, Genesys Contact Center).
• Strong business acumen.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Passion for technology with a proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends.
