About this position

Data Analytics role will be responsible for the customer analysis and insights as well as providing rich information or deep-diving analysis for better understanding the customer, identifying opportunities for improvement in processes based on data analysis findings.

Responsibilities

• Establish and analyze qualitative and quantitative metrics to evaluate the success of deliverables or business cases.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to derive customer insights, market segmentation, and business insights.
• Perform pre- and post-analysis to quantify the business impact of specific products, services, or campaigns.
• Clearly communicate analytical results to management and business users in a structured format.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build trust-based relationships, identify business opportunities, and determine appropriate data resources for requests and projects.
• Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Create and maintain interactive visualizations by interpreting data and integrating various reporting components from multiple sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical or related field, preferably in a mid-senior management role.
• Strong analytical skills with logical and critical thinking to derive and deliver customer insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as Vertica.
• Experience in data visualization tools like Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Vertica databases is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
• Self-driven, fast learner, and able to work well under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in English.
