Senior Associate – Organization Design & Performance
About this position
Responsibilities
• Analyze, design, and recommend organizational structures aligned with business objectives, market practices, and overall strategy, collaborating with leadership.
• Develop and maintain job architecture frameworks, conduct job evaluations, and ensure governance to support organizational structure and internal equity.
• Assist in the management of an end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, performance tracking, and review processes.
• Collect and analyze HR data to drive decision-making, develop meaningful HR metrics and KPIs, including those related to performance management.
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to key executives and stakeholders, particularly in the areas of organizational development and performance management.
• Contribute to cross-functional people strategy projects and collaborate on integrated HR solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in organizational effectiveness and performance management.
• Utilize data analysis and planning tools to support data-driven HR processes and act as a consultant to business units on organizational development and performance management matters.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as organizational development, organizational psychology, human resources, or a business-related discipline.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an organizational development or HR role, with exposure to org design, job architecture, HR analytics, and performance management systems.
• Experience in HR consultancy services is desirable.
• Familiarity with performance management best practices and tools.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and deliver effective communications to various audiences and facilitate discussions on HR-related topics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and HR information systems.
