Sales Manager/Account Manager (IT Solution)
About this position
Taking care and managing B2B Sale team for selling activities to Enterprise customers in designated vertical which majority located in BMA and east region through clients relationship and sale management to achieve the revenue and key financial targets.
Responsibilities
• Managing & Supervising direct sale team for selling activities to B2B designated customers including negotiate contracts and close agreements so as to maximize profits and achieve revenue target
• Growing and maintaining share of wallet and ARPA on customer’s ICT spending with company’s product & services
• Encouraging team to build a sales pipeline to cover the sale target continuously & effectively.
• Building strong client relationship to maintain the existing base revenue and acquire the new one as well as taking care of overall customer management to attain highest customer satisfaction
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Expanding the new business solutions portfolio in assigned accounts at the level of company’s expectation
• Collaborating with cross functional team as needed to best position company’s product and services
Requirements
• 7-10 years solid work experience as an B2B Sale Manager in Technology company to designated verticals i.e Retails, Public Sector, Education, Industrial, Healthcare and Financial Services would be a distinct advantage.
• Proven record of key success in B2B selling and large enterprise client management as well as sale team supervision
• Demonstrable ability to lead, build, coach and motivate the sale team to achieve the key performance index successfully.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
• Develop strategic and effective sale planning as well as new initiative to sharpen team’s competitiveness
• Able to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels
• Have industry’s knowledge as well as business procedure and its necessary context
• Proficient in speaking English /Chinese or Japan
• Good knowledge of Technology and Telecom products & Services
• Strong value-based and consultative solution selling methodology
• Previous experience and knowledge of technology or digital products & services is preferred
• Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape
• Experience with selling premise-based and Cloud (SaaS) software solutions and Managed Services Drive for results, passion for customers, strategic thinking and thought combined with flexibility, agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data
