About this position
Responsibilities
• Collect and analyze product statistics to evaluate performance, identify trends, and uncover actionable insights.
• Monitor customer behavior to inform product development and optimize user experience.
• Provide recommendations based on data to improve product features and drive customer engagement.
• Develop, maintain, and update dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into product metrics.
• Create detailed reports summarizing key findings, trends, and recommendations for product performance improvement.
• Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accessibility of insights.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for product analytics, including methodologies, data definitions, and historical insights.
• Ensure accurate documentation of processes and analytics frameworks for cross-functional use.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align analytics with business objectives.
• Support ad hoc data requests and deep dives into specific areas of interest.
• Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Proficient in analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and data manipulation.
• Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis is a plus.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior analysis and product performance metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
