Marketing Manager
About this position
As the Senior Leader Marketing for True Visions Now, you will play a critical role in driving our subscription growth and brand awareness in the rapidly evolving OTT landscape. You will be responsible for forecasting marketing trends, developing strategies and campaigns to drive subscriptions, and creating engaging online and on-ground activities to convert fans into customers. Additionally, you will focus on maintaining customer retention, forging partnerships with movie studios and influencers, and leveraging data analytics to optimize media buying and campaign effectiveness. A strong understanding of sports and entertainment is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
• Foresee marketing trends and consumer behavior to develop strategic marketing plans and campaigns to drive subscription growth.
• Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising, to attract and retain subscribers.
• Develop and implement online and on-ground activities to engage with fans and convert them into subscribers.
• Utilize innovative tactics and promotions to drive sales and increase customer acquisition and retention rates.
• Establish strategic partnerships with Movie studios, local or international influencers to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
• Collaborate with partners to create exclusive content and promotional campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Implement strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value through personalized communications, loyalty programs, and customer feedback initiatives.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Generate monthly or weekly reports for the Managing Director, providing actionable insights and recommendations for growth and productivity.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• At least 7 years proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the media, entertainment, or OTT industry.
• Strong understanding of online media landscape, consumer behavior, sports, and entertainment industry trends.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns and partnerships.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms for media buying optimization and campaign effectiveness measurement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
