The Innovation Development and Strategist will be responsible for driving innovation initiatives and developing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
• Study and analyze market trends and organizational dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify, develop and implement innovation strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with R&D, cross-functional teams such as business, marketing, and other departments to drive innovation initiatives and develop innovative solutions to enhance the company’s competitive edge.
• Maintain an innovation portfolio and develop alternative business models and develop comprehensive GTM strategies for new products and services.
• Organize workshops, brainstorming sessions, and other activities to generate and develop innovative ideas and projects.
• Build awareness/understanding of innovation, and technology trends; demonstrate this knowledge when interacting with internal employees.
Requirements
• At least bachelor’s degree in Innovation, Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field. (Doctor’s degree preferred)
• At least 2 years of work experience in innovation, technology or strategy experience in telecommunication industry and digital solution industry.
• Deep knowledge in telecommunication or technology industry.
• Desire to serve as a positive change agent within the organization.
• Proven experiences in innovation development, GTM strategy formulation, and project management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research and trend analysis.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
