Head of Data Analytics & Performance Management
About this position
The Head of Data Analytics & Performance Management is responsible for designing and optimizing data solutions to address business challenges, supporting impactful data analytics for business projects, and ensuring compliance with data sensitivity policies. This role involves revenue projection modeling, customer management, and streamlining data processes across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Design & optimize data solutions to expose business circumstances/problems and resolutions
• Support impactful data analytics and recommendations for initiative business projects
• Automated data self-service & Enriched dashboards
• Conduct revenue projection model & Customer management
• Synchronize & streamline end-to-end data process -- manage data complexity & data Infrastructure to support all departments in Business Group
• RPA & Digital transformation for best optimizing resources
• Evaluate and Implement tools & data solutions
• Ensure data sensitivity policy complies in group
• Determine sales target and identify KPIs & drivers metrics (internal & external)
• Cascade key performance drivers with analytic insights supports
• Conduct revenue projection model & Customer management
• Design commission scheme to incentivize internal sales & external partners to grow business directions
• Execute, standardize, and streamline end-to-end commission process
• Expose ‘visibilities with solutions’ for leadership & working teams in order to proactively drive performance, track issue with right solutions
• Work closely with senior leadership and working team (Sales, Marketing, Product) to shape and align deep-dive factors metrics to design actionable business solutions/automated tracking
• Synchronize & streamline end-to-end data process - manage data complexity & data Infrastructure to support Business Group
• Evaluate and Implement tools & data solutions
• Ensure data sensitivity policy and internal control is complied.
• Design & conduct revenue projection model through drive revenue growth.
• Work closely with senior leadership to define key success metrics and enable tracking and reporting of performance includes the development of Insights & Analytical tool.
• Lead sales forecasting -- proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in order to support sales planning towards group direction
• Backbone support performance management
• Design & conduct revenue projection model and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in order to support sales planning towards driving revenue growth
• Enable tracking and reporting of performance includes the development of Insights & Analytical tool
• Support commission automation, post-evaluation and translate the result into actionable suggestion to improve incentive mechanic.
• Design commission scheme simplifies implementation.
• Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.
• Work with Commercial, Finance, IT and Human Resources, provides assistance with sales incentive compensation administration.
• Optimize costs & improve efficiency
• Work closely IT, Product platform team in order to improve systems to support operation process and productivity
• RPA & Digital transformation for best optimizing resources
• Establish automated data self-service & Enriched dashboards to eliminate manual process.
Requirements
• Proven experience in data analytics and performance management
• Strong understanding of data solutions and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Experience in revenue projection modeling and sales forecasting
• Knowledge of commission schemes and incentive compensation programs
• Familiarity with RPA and digital transformation initiatives
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
