Expert, Learning and Development
About this position
Develop a comprehensive learning and development framework aligned with company goals and employee needs, collaborating with CXOs and HR teams. Oversee the learning management system, analyze data for insights, and drive tactical initiatives supporting the annual people's agenda. Engage external providers for innovative interventions, ensuring workforce development aligns with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
• Develop the frameworks and manage the end-to-end policy and process of learning and development for the employees at all levels.
• Work closely with each CXO to identify and address the needs of functional-specific development programs.
• Collaborate with talent management and people solutions teams to derive holistic learning and development programs.
• Develop and drive the tactical initiatives in people development that align with the annual people’s agenda of the company.
• Oversee the learning management system and conduct data analysis to develop bottom-up insights that feed into the strategic planning of the human resources group.
• Regularly engage with the external service providers to explore new development interventions to support the workforce transformations as defined in the people strategy.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years in Human Resources related areas. Experienced in team management.
