About this position

As the Migration Project Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of True Visions and Media through end-to-end business planning, execution, and reporting. This leadership position will focus on driving the migration strategy for True Visions and Media, collaborating closely with various cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of subscriber and revenue migration initiatives. You will oversee the entire migration process while ensuring seamless integration and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Direction: Lead the development and execution of the overall True Visions migration strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and objectives.
• Planning and Analysis: Conduct business impact analyses, identify potential revenue and subscriber loss, and assess growth opportunities and risks.
• Customer Experience Focus: Prioritize customer experience throughout the migration process, addressing concerns and feedback promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with key teams such as Telco Strategy, Budget Planning, Telesales, Shop, Technician, After Sales Support, Finance, Accounting, and True Visions Now platform to ensure efficient and effective migration processes.
• Technical Coordination: Work with Product, Platform, IT, and technical teams to ensure that all technology aspects of the migration are integrated smoothly and function as expected.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the execution of the migration plan, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
• Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage migration project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and financial constraints are adhered to.
• Training and Development: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for staff to ensure they are equipped to support customers during and after the migration.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously evaluate subscriber impacts, customer complaints, market feedback, service competitiveness, and emerging opportunities to inform decision-making.
• Team Support: Provide guidance and support to team members in developing business cases, financial models, and actionable plans to facilitate the execution of migration initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support throughout the migration process.
• Risk Management: Analyze potential risks related to subscriber and revenue loss, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation regarding the migration process, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: Proven experience in project leadership, especially in migration or transformation initiatives within the telecommunications or media industries.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
