About this position

The Business Development Executive (Top Developer Segment) is responsible for driving strategic collaboration with top-tier real estate developers to expand network opportunities and create new sales channels. The role involves fostering strong relationships with clients, primarily through headquarters-level connections, to unlock potential business opportunities across all areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for network expansion in residential and industrial estates, ensuring alignment with market demand and company objectives.
• Track and analyze sales performance, port utilization, and SLA compliance across all project sites to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, industrial estate operators, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee aftersales support, including resolving customer issues, optimizing network performance, and improving service satisfaction for both residential and industrial clients.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to track project performance, generate insights, and prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate or telecom, focusing on broadband and network projects.
• Proficient in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledgeable in telecom, broadband, and IoT solutions.
• Skilled in project management, data analysis, and team collaboration.
• Experience in real estate, industrial estates, or telecom, with a focus on network expansion projects.
• Expertise in broadband, IoT, and technical services for residential or commercial buildings.
