Software Consultant (Chinese Speaking)
About this position
The Software Consultant (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for mastering the company's SaaS management system, developing customer sources, implementing software for small and medium-sized customers, and assisting in regional promotion tasks.
Responsibilities
• According to the company's system training, master the company's SaaS management system knowledge.
• Develop the potential customer sources, carry out consultative product introduction and sales; In the market in charge, take the initiative to expand the source of intended customers and complete sales.
• For small and medium-sized customers who have signed contracts, carry out the implementation of the software and complete the implementation of the contract.
• According to the company's objectives, reasonably formulate personal work plans, complete personal tasks and assist the customer development director to complete regional promotion task.
• Regular return visits to customers to solve customer problems in real time. Screen the intended customers, understand the needs of customers, and make appointments to visit.
• Introduce and demonstrate software functions for customers on-site or remotely.
• Online small and medium-sized customers to carry out the whole process of online services.
• Maintain and return visits to all customers who have been online in the region to maintain customer relations.
Requirements
• Computer, e-commerce, software engineering, automotive, marketing and other related majors.
• Understand e-commerce platforms/have a certain foundation in computer networking; More than one year of experience in the software industry or experience in e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Have a certain system implementation and strong customer communication skills, strong ability to work under pressure, integrity, diligence, good command in English and Chinese.
