The Demand Planner Officer is responsible for planning and managing product orders, controlling inventory levels, tracking shipment statuses, importing goods, managing shipments and import documents, controlling product costs, handling product compensation requests, preparing operation reports, coordinating with internal and external parties, and performing other assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
• Plan and manage product orders
• Control inventory levels according to company policies
• Track shipment statuses with suppliers and import agents
• Import goods from foreign countries
• Manage shipments and import documents accurately and efficiently
• Control product costs within appropriate levels
• Handle product compensation requests from suppliers or insurance companies
• Prepare operation reports and address any issues that arise
• Coordinate with internal and external parties
• Perform other assigned tasks
• Communicate effectively in English
• Proficiency in Chinese communication is a plus
