About this position
Arxada is looking for a Customer Service Representative based in Ladkrabang to interact with customers daily, resolve issues, process orders, and assist the sales team. The role involves managing incoming calls, generating sales leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Manage all customer and distributor enquiries, including end-to-end order processing, enquiries, sampling, technical information (e.g. preservatives, performance additives), shipping documents
• Ensure that products and information are distributed in a timely manner and according to customer requirements
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the supply chain and that full set of shipping documents are obtained and delivered within given timelines.
• Liaise closely with Logistics to keep abreast of all shipment related issues.
• Manage master data (customer, product and pricing)
• Prepare team reports including but not limited to: orders and sample reports
• Analyse, initiate and lead value added improvements to increase operational efficiency
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business or logistics
• Business fluent in English
• 5-10 years' experience in the chemical or food industry
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative in chemical industry
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Flexible, organized and fast acting
• Delivers product and information in time and in full.
• Ensuring close, cooperative, transparent team behavior with plant, sale team, distributor, customers and managements.
• Reliability, accuracy, consistency of the work in respect to procedure set.
