About this position

The Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling Nutreco values proposition and services to existing and potential customers, as well as establishing and maintaining good relations at all levels. They contribute to, implement, and realize the sales/account plan for the assigned account/portfolio, acquire and retain accounts, and build and strengthen customer relations to achieve Nutreco’s commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Executes the sales plan for the assigned area in accordance with objectives and targets.
• Approaches and acquires new customers through various means to retain and grow the customer base.
• Builds trust with customers by identifying their needs and providing effective solutions.
• Asks questions to uncover customer needs and demonstrates how company products and services match those needs.
• Resolves customer complaints/queries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintains and improves administrative sales processes and systems to ensure efficient sales administration.
