Production Engineer (New Plant) 3 positions
About this position
The role of F6 Production Engineer is to support equipment specification, installation and commissioning, diagnose and resolve problems, improve efficiency, mitigate risk, encourage business growth, and enhance and sustain relations with suppliers and/or other departments.
Responsibilities
• Support new equipment specification requirement, estimating costs and preparing project designs.
• Equipment testing, commissioning, maintenance, installation and planning.
• Support the day-to-day operations, offering technical support and troubleshooting on-site.
• Always ensuring on-site efficiency and safety.
• Obtaining machine data, analysing potential point of failure and drafting reports of equipment status.
• Mitigating risk, ensuring compliance, and evaluating environmental impact.
• Supporting staff, contractors, other engineers, and other on-site personnel.
• Writing Work Instructions for internal staff and other key documents such as TPM.
• Meeting with internal/external stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize assembly equipment, reduce cycle time, and improve overall quality and reliability.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working and testing equipment, ensuring a safe and secure workplace for all team members.
• Undertake and assist with other duties as required by superiors.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering relevant to our industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in a field-related role.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Able to use Microsoft office, Auto CA, Inventor.
• Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Able to communicate clearly in both Thai and English.
• Flexible approach to travelling overseas as required.
• Flexible approach to working hours as issues arise and can work cover Day/ Night shift rotate (high build period).
