Established in Thailand since 2002, Triumph now runs three factories, under the supervision of a UK management team, on the Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chonburi. These factories produce a wide range of high quality motorcycle components and assemble a range of high quality motorcycles.

About this position

The Production Control Bike Analysis Officer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of bike components and related data, supporting various departments, and contributing to problem-solving and process improvements within the production environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify the backflushed component of each bike as per Assembly BOM and communicate to relevant departments to take corrective action.
• Support the production, Engineering, Project Manager, Material Handling on any stock and LN system issues.
• Collect the evidence of each concern and brainstorm with relevant departments to achieve the KPI’s target and create a permanent solution.
• Monitor stock of all components and liaise with production, Engineering, Project Manager, Material Handling and other to ensure that:
• All applicable first/last Vin, Engine or Work Order data is accurately recorded in the systems and on the relevant design change or deviation card.
• Ensure that Design change or Deviations are implemented in a timely manner.
• Ensure that Bill of Materials (BOM) is accurate as per Design change or Deviation.
• Make daily report for circulate the concerns of new model and find out short-term and long-term solutions.
• Ensure that Company procedures, including Best Practice are strictly adhered to.
• Contribute to the departments 5S, housekeeping standards.
• Comply with applicable SHE legal and other requirements.

• Able to work overtime.
• Able to communicate in English.
