IT service desk engineer
About this position
The IT Service Desk Engineer is responsible for providing IT support and ensuring efficient operation of the IT Helpdesk at Triumph Thailand.
Responsibilities
• Take Action requests for IT Support received by the Triumph Thailand IT Helpdesk and allocated to them by Service Desk Engineer.
• Priorities and take action requests for IT support based upon the likely impact on the business.
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Take proactive approach to implementing long term solutions to issues raised.
• Keep the documentation for all IT Helpdesk processes up to date.
• Suggest ways to improve the IT Helpdesks ability and performance.
• Liaise and communicate with other members of the IT Department to ensure that the Department operates as a single unit.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or IT related, new graduated is welcomed.
• Able to solve basic problem in PC hardware, Windows, MS-Office and Network.
• Great customer service and teamwork attitude.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Good command in English.
• Can work shifts pattern and overtime (an early shift and night shift pattern).
