Employee Relation Officer
About this position
The Employee Relation Officer is responsible for managing employee activities, handling disciplinary actions, coordinating with the Labour Union, and processing grievances and medical claims.
Responsibilities
• Cooperate & organizing employees' activities.
• To do disciplinary action processes such as investigate, hearing etc. and give advice to line manager to comply with the company's regulation law.
• To coordinate with the Labour Union in relevant issue.
• Proceed grievance and suggestion.
• Proceed Medical Claim process.
Requirements
• Bachelor’ degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related fields.
• At least 2 years’ experience of Employee Relations filed in Manufacturing company.
• Good knowledge of the Labour Law.
• Good personality and human relations.
• Good command in English communication skills and proficiency in computer literacy.
