Deviation Document Control Officer
About this position
The Deviation Document Control Officer is responsible for managing and controlling deviation requests, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures.
Responsibilities
• Verify the deviation request as per procedure and feedback requestor when found the error or missing the data.
• Log deviation number and control the status of each deviation in Microsoft Access.
• Entry the deviation data that affect the BOM in LN system.
• Distribute deviation cards to production areas.
• Monitor all deviations and liaise daily with production areas to ensure that ;
• All applicable first/last Vin, Engine or Work Order data is accurately recorded in our systems and on the relevant deviation card.
• Ensure that Deviations are closed in a timely manner.
• Ensure that our Bill of Materials (BOM) accurately reflects the actual status of a Deviation.
• Ensure that if a Deviation is ‘extended’ to run for a longer period this is accurately reflected in our Bill of Material (BOM) and Deviation documentation.
• Make daily report for circulate the approved deviation, weekly and monthly report for outstanding the deviation in Thailand factory and UK factory.
• Ensure that Company procedures, including Best Practice are strictly adhered to.
• Contribute to the departments 5S, housekeeping standards.
• Comply with applicable SHE legal and other requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• New graduated is welcomed.
• Good Problem-Solving Skills.
• Good Attention to Detail.
