Established in Thailand since 2002, Triumph now runs three factories, under the supervision of a UK management team, on the Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chonburi. About this position

The Senior Service Field Engineer is responsible for overseeing equipment testing, commissioning, maintenance, installation, and planning. They provide technical support, troubleshoot on-site issues, and ensure on-site efficiency and safety. The role involves analyzing data, monitoring expenditure, drafting process reports, and mitigating risks. The engineer also guides staff, contractors, engineers, and other on-site personnel, while adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Specifying new equipment requirement, estimating costs, and preparing project designs.
• Overseeing equipment testing, commissioning, maintenance, installation, and planning.
• Running day-to-day operations, offering technical support, and troubleshooting on-site issues.
• Ensuring on-site efficiency and safety at all times.
• Analyzing data, monitoring expenditure, and drafting process reports of equipment installation.
• Mitigating risk, ensuring compliance, and evaluating environmental impact.
• Guiding staff, contractors, engineers, and other on-site personnel.
• Writing machine Work Instructions for internal staff and other key documents such as TPM.
• Meeting with internal/external stakeholders.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize assembly equipment, reduce cycle time, and improve overall quality and reliability.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines while working and testing equipment, ensuring a safe and secure workplace for all team members.
• Undertaking and assisting with other duties as required by Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering relevant to our industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a field-related role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills backed by solid technical knowledge.
• A versatile and service-oriented mindset.
• Good understanding of safety guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Technically savvy and computer literate.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Fluent in both Thai and English — writing and speaking.
• Autonomous working style
