About this position

We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Specialist with expertise in multi-functional HR roles, particularly adept in HR engagement and development. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing our company's culture and driving effective training programs both locally and globally.

Responsibilities

• HR Engagement & Development: Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and development programs.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage documentation for the Department of Skill Development, including FBL and other training-related documents that must pass external audits.
• Company Culture Leadership: Spearhead activities that promote company culture at both the local and global levels.
• Training Leadership: Lead training programs from conception to execution on both local and global scales.
• Culture & Development Analytics: Analyze performance data to enhance HR initiatives and recommend improvements for future endeavors.
• Market Survey & Analytics: Conduct market surveys and data analysis to keep HR practices aligned with national and international market trends.
• Local Team Collaboration: Serve as a representative to work effectively with local and global teams.
• Budget Control & Management: Efficiently manage and organize projects within budgetary constraints, employing creativity and innovation.
• Data-Driven Area Improvement: Utilize data analytics to propose and implement improvements based on credible data sources.

Requirements

• Preferred to have 3-5 years of experience in HR related functions.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or other related fields.
• English and Thai language proficiency is required.
• Eager to learn new things and develop personally and professionally in a dynamic global environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of culture and development.
