About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for hotel coverage and sign new contract according to company strategy and promote Trip.com brand and its online reservation services to hotels.
• Maintain best rate parity, availability and inventory of responsible hotels.
• Recommend hotels on regular marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Conduct data research and analysis (market, product, competitor, price, supplier, etc.)
• Co-ordinate with other departments for resolve all issues relating to transactions and others ad-hoc administrative requests with operative tasks.
• Other assigned task and project, etc.
Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years working experience in hotel reservation and coordination, revenue/yield management and etc.
• Detail oriented and fast learning capability Dynamic, positive and a good team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Relevant exposure in Online Travel Agency (OTA) environment will have an added advantage.
• Strong critical thinking, data analysis capability with structured mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel for business or partner visits when required.
