About this position

The QC Coating Inspector is responsible for overseeing the quality control of coating processes, ensuring compliance with approved procedures, and supporting the QA/QC Manager in various coating-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Review Subcontractor coating procedures
• Report directly to the QA/QC Manager for quality control coating scope of work
• Perform quality inspection activities for the procurement and construction process
• Support QA/QC Manager for NCR and other coating issues
• Perform continual improvement and active in Preventive Action Program
• Supervise of coating application start from blasting, painting and blasting.
• Ensuring all coating activities based on procedures (Approved painting procedures)

Requirements

• Minimum associate degree (D3) in Engineering
• Experienced in applying coatings in Industrial area and oil & gas project
• Having valid certification of Coating Inspector or NACE Inspector (National/International)
• Proficiency in operating computer especially for report and review procedures
• Willing to be placed in our fabrication and site area
