About this position

The Project Control Manager will lead project management documents for various engineering phases and provide support for ongoing projects, ensuring effective risk management and control.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management documents pertaining to Front End Engineering Phases - Feasibility (FEL-1), Pre-FEED (FEL-2), FEED (FEL-3) and EPC Execution Phase.
• Provide needed support for projects in progress at various phases including preparation of project management procedures, governance, Bids Evaluations, cost estimating services, scheduling and value improving practices from FEED - EPC Execution phase.
• Experienced in revamp construction, modularization & stick built construction processes including development of EPC Schedule for those types of projects.
• Provided Risk Management & Controls through identifying/defining the risk registers & their mitigation strategies for EPC phase as those to be considered during EPC Schedule development.

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor degree in any major.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Control Manager and 10 years of work experience as Project Control Engineer and having experience in oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery or project engineering experience.
• Having knowledge of project engineering practices, design details, international codes & standards, procedures, and specifications.
• Experience in developing procurement / contracting strategy and plan especially for brownfield/revamp project.
• Certified of Project Management Institute as PMP or PMI-SP, or equivalent.
