About this position

The Head of Reward & HC Data Management Department is responsible for defining and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's goals, ensuring competitive remuneration, and overseeing HR-related systems compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define a fair, equitable, and competitive compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to the company’s strategy and business goals.
• Reviewing a wide range of relevant compensation data to ensure the company's remuneration policies are competitive.
• Responsible for delivering year-end performance, bonus, and salary review processes.
• Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan.
• Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
• Create policies and procedures for compensation and benefits that align with company culture and business strategy.
• Supervise his/her team and act as their point of escalation for employee inquiries.
• Develop programs to improve the performance, engagement, and satisfaction of our employees.
• Overseeing all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department.
• Ensuring all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.
• Conducting detailed research on salaries and labor markets.
• Preparing monthly audits and reports and presenting them to the higher management.
• Preparing Annual Business Plan report analysis related to manpower planning allocation.
• Providing and presenting information, data, and reports related to rewards as needed.

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor degree in any major.
• Min 5 years in relevant positions, and proven track record in compensation practices, techniques, reward structures, and HC Information system.
• Conceptual thinking.
• Communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent analytical, modeling, and data analysis skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Deep knowledge in Information System.
• Problem solving skills.
