Trio-Tronics (Thailand) Limited is a member of Trio Group listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock code: 1710). Founded in1983, we are manufacturers of customized industrial electronic components and products. We operate on an international basis, Hong Kong, Europe (3 offices & factory) and China. Thailand is our new strategic location for production, R&D, and marketing. We are now looking for high caliber candidate in our new factory at Amata City Rayong Industrial Estate to fill the following position.

About this position

The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the Production Engineering Team and Maintenance Team in the day-to-day operations of manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the Production Engineering Team and Maintenance Team in day-to-day operations of the manufacturing equipment and facilities, of which include but not limited to production equipment, manual testing equipment, Auto Testing Equipment, Burn-In chambers, jigs and fixtures, tools, and the maintenance and installation of mentioned equipment.
• Communicate with China factory colleagues related to engineering activities, testing, setting up production lines, and repairing activities.
• Possess good working knowledge of engineering and testing principles and skills such as MCU, series protocol and LABVIEW software.
• Prepare all reports as required and annual budget for the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent disciplines,
• At least 5 years of solid experience in managing engineering department/section,
• Strong leadership to lead the terms to achieve the departmental goals,
• Good communication skills in speaking and writing English (special consideration will be given if able to communicate in Cantonese or Mandarin),
• Knowledge in digital circuitry, analog circuitry, and MCU in power electronic topologies,
• Knowledge in TPM concept and can apply to factory facility,
• Ability to work independently under pressure,
• Agreed to work 6 days (on Saturday) in a week.
