About this position

SketchUp APAC is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to drive exponential business growth in the Asia region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building relationships with partners and resellers, and will be responsible for accelerating growth in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the expansion of software sales business in the territory to achieve and exceed the sales targets assigned;
• You will work closely with technical managers, and channel partners/Resellers to promote the growth of revenue in the Enterprise segment from the territory assigned.
• Generate and expand software sales business in the territory to provide the company with long-term stable software sales business growth value;
• Evaluate the value of customers, create key customer software sales transaction opportunities, and implement the team's sales initiatives;
• Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts;
• Establish effective cooperation with channel partners to develop and implement long-term cooperation models for high-quality customers.

Requirements

• Sales-focused mindset, skilled in accurately identifying high-quality customers and predicting/reporting their dynamics.
• Capable of leading channels through complex solution sales discussions to achieve higher-value outcomes.
• Resilient in overcoming frustration and challenges.
• Effective at engaging Enterprise End Users.
• Experienced in selling solutions and driving successful outcomes.
• Team-oriented, committed to shared goals, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Efficient and professional in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, meets deadlines consistently, and maintains high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Software company experience, BIM or AEC background is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to meet end users up to 60% of the time.
