About this position

As the Sales Manager - Existing Accounts for Tekla Structures in Thailand, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success and driving business growth by managing existing accounts and developing new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas and action the strategic initiatives assigned to you.
• Design and execute demand and lead-generation initiatives to build a healthy sales funnel.
• Manage and control sales processes to achieve a predictable pipeline from prospecting, qualifying, management, and sales closure.
• Focus on upsell to existing customers and key accounts to expand business. Seek opportunities to cross sale for products in CES (Construction Engineering Solutions) group.
• Manage and maintain good customer relationships and service to attain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute the annual Business plan and Strategic initiatives to grow business.
• Responsible for pre-sale discussions and/or demonstration of Tekla Structures to your customers.

• Along with your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, your self-motivated nature, and your desire to collaborate with other technical professionals local and global, you will also possess the following skills:
• Construction domain knowledge.
• Result-oriented and goal focused.
• Strong time management skills and ability to deliver results on time.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen to customer issues, understand customer workflows, and identify customer goals.
• Good organizational skills, a flexible mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Should be fluent (Verbal/Written/Reading) in Thai and be proficient in business level English.
