About this position

ตำแหน่ง IT Support จะรับผิดชอบในการสนับสนุนและแก้ไขปัญหาระบบต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ IT ในองค์กร

Responsibilities

• Support แก้ไขปัญหาระบบ Hardware, Solfware, Network, IT, ติดตั้งลงโปรแกรมที่ใช้ในองค์กร
• ดูแลระบบ LAN Network Sever และระบบ ERP
• ตรวจสอบ ดูแล ระบบอีเมล โทรศัพท์ อินเตอร์เน็ต รวมถึงระบบ Network แก้ไข และวิเคราะห์ปัญหา สาเหตุวิธีการแก้ไขเบื้องต้น
• งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

• ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านIT อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปีขึ้นไป
• สามารถทำงานด้านเงินเดือนได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถทำงานในภาวะกดดันได้ดี-ตรงต่อเวลา
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
