Account Manager (Thailand-based)
About this position
TRG International is seeking an Account Manager to work with a dynamic Sales team, focusing on providing IT solutions and driving business growth. The role involves managing existing client accounts, developing sales strategies, and engaging with prospective clients in the cloud solutions market.
Responsibilities
• Account management for the assigned existing clients.
• Drive demand for successful business solutions consulting within Vietnam by engaging client contacts, Sales team leaders, and service delivery members.
• Work with the sales director to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics across the full cloud solutions array, resulting in the delivery of sales goals.
• Manage the sales process from initial identification through closure and 'own' the sale to ensure the transactions strictly comply with company policies & procedures and local legislation.
• Target and build a pipeline with prospective clients that fit the assigned market profile for cloud-hosted financial management solutions & services.
• Develop credibility and relationships with clients through fluency in TRG solutions empowered by cloud technology.
• Engage with business development & sales team leaders to develop cloud market strategies and solutions as they relate to a range of business issues within the target market and sectors.
• Become Cloud Solutions Champion within the TRG.
• Support all potential sales deals having Cloud components.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of being a B2B solutions salesperson.
• Level of language proficiency: Good verbal, presentation style, and written communication skills in English.
• An understanding of business solutions and cloud technology is preferable.
• Track record of successful business solutions selling, with knowledge of cloud technology landscape and marketplace.
• Competence in engaging and developing business with alliance/ecosystem partners in the cloud space and clients’ senior executives.
• Ability to work as a team player and highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to craft sophisticated solutions with creative value propositions and economic models.
• A young, energetic, and self-motivated person, who can work with the local market and SME clients is preferred.
